Important Notes Regarding Wallet Connection
You can browse the Flareporium Marketplace and view all NFT collections without connecting your wallet.
To purchase NFTs, list items, or interact with platform features, wallet connection is required.
If the "CONNECT" button doesn’t respond:
Refresh the page.
Switch to a different network in your wallet and then switch back to the Flare Network.
Always double-check you are on the official website: https://flareporium.xyz — stay safe and avoid phishing attempts.
Desktop Wallet Connect
For this demonstration, we’ll be using MetaMask as the example wallet, although other wallet applications such as Bifrost function in a similar way.
Step 1: (Desktop)
Open your browser-based wallet extension (e.g., MetaMask).
Step 2: (Desktop)
Log in to your wallet and ensure it is connected to the Flare Network.
Step 3: (Desktop)
Once logged in, go to the Flareporium website and click the "CONNECT" button located near the top-right corner of the page.
Step 4: (Desktop)
Once your wallet is successfully connected, you’ll see a wallet and account icon in the top-right corner of the page, along with an option to disconnect. You’re now ready to interact with the platform — including buying, selling, listing NFTs, and managing your profile.
Mobile Wallet Connect
For this demonstration, we’ll be using MetaMask as the example wallet, although other wallet applications such as Bifrost function in a similar way.
Step 1: (Mobile)
Open your mobile wallet app and ensure it is connected to the Flare Network. Once connected, use the in-app browser within your wallet to navigate to https://flareporium.xyz.
Step 2: (Mobile)
Once you're on the Flareporium Marketplace in your wallet’s browser, open the hamburger menu (☰) and tap "CONNECT WALLET" to begin the connection process. If you haven’t connected to the Flare Network yet, you can also tap "FLARE" at the bottom of the menu to switch network after connecting your wallet.
Step 3: (Mobile)
If you're connected to the Flare Network correctly, your wallet browser should display the Flare Network icon or label in the interface while you're browsing the marketplace.
Step 4: (Mobile)
With your wallet connected, you’ll see the "MY ACCOUNT" option at the bottom of the hamburger menu. You’re now ready to interact with the platform — including buying, selling, listing NFTs, and managing your profile.
